• Netizen Mayuki Shichi recently posted a video of a man named Louie Baltazar who can be seen angrily confronting the family of an OFW which he accused of compromising the safety and security of the residents

  • Baltazar told them that taking photos and videos at the premises is not allowed. The family kept their cool and apologizes to Baltazar before deleting the footages they’ve taken.

• After this, Baltazar took to social media his explanation why he acted that way by making his own page

  • Baltazar wrote,"I created this page to explain my side. May book kc kami sa condo. Mahalaga yung book na yun at dapat binabasa yun para malaman ang rules and regulations. Si ate ay tenant lang at wala siyang book kaya hindi nya alam ang rules and regulations. Kung iaanalyze nyo talaga mali siya kc dapat hiniram nya yung book sa legitimate na owner para nabasa nya yung rules and regualtions. Andun lahat ng kailangan nyang malaman para sa security at safety ng mga owners. Ipapahiram ko mamaya yung book ko para mabasa nya din at hindi siya maging ignorante sa rules and regulations.
